General Terms and Conditions (Art. 1341 ZGB), relating to the provision of accommodation between Garni Reutlingen and either guests or those making bookings on behalf of guests.
The reservation is only valid after paying the requested fee and the written confermation from Garni Reutlingen.
Important note regarding the Terms of Cancellation please contact us per mail or call.
We recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover you in the event that you have to cancel your reservation.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we grant you a cancellation policy. Please contact the Garni for more information.

For making your stay at Garni Reutlingen enjoyable, we kindly ask you to read the following house rules and share these with your fellow travelers. Additionally, please consider that Garni Reutlingen's General Terms and Conditions apply.

The hotel owners are, in principle, entitled to issue a house ban to each guest for reasons of public order, as well as for reasons relating to the compliance with the house rules.

Open fires, smoking and/or the lighting of candles in places such as the staircase, the corridor, the breakfast room, the sanitary area and the hotel rooms are strictly prohibited. A violation of this rule can amount to a cleaning fee charge of 100 Euros (charges for the damaged object(s) may additionally apply) and possibly also to a house ban by the hotel owners.

Hotel rooms, including the equipment and/or furniture thereof, as well as other hotel property cannot be damaged. Any damages caused by our guests must be reimbursed to the hotel. The hotel will thus charge the responsible guest on his/her bill.

We kindly ask you to report any defects in your room at your arrival. In case fellow guests cause you any inconvenience or disturbance, please notify the hotel owner thereof.

Breakfast times: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
It is not allowed to take away any food or drinks from the breakfast buffet. Breakfast is to be consumed at the table!
A failure to comply with this request may result in an additional charge on the room bill or, in extreme cases, in a future denial of stay, i.e. a house ban.

Check-ins may occur between 14.00 and 22.00.
Late check-ins, i.e. after 22.00, will be charged with a surcharge of 50 Euros and must be confirmed in advance by the hotel owners. A late check-in (i.e. after 23:00) can no longer be done without such prior approval.

Check-outs may occur between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
At your check-out, please hand the room-key in to the hotel owner.
A possible loss of such key amounts to a charge of €30.

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Between 22.00 and 07.00 a.m. we ask you to respect other guests' night sleep and relaxation.
The hotel indeed expects a respectful interaction amongst guests and between guest and staff.

It is not allowed to use electrical devices, such as electric kettles, hot plates, grills, music systems and alike in the rooms, on the balconies or other sights related to hotel-property.
For hygienic reasons, it is not allowed to prepare and thereafter consume these hot/cold foods and drinks in the room and/or on the balconies. Consequent violations and resulting damages within the room or on the balcony will be fully charged to the guest.
Foods and drinks, which have been purchased outside the hotel may only be consumed in the rooms.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas within the hotel. In case of a breach, the hotel will charge a fee of 150 Euros. The same is applicable to the manipulation of smoke detectors and/or the unauthorized opening of emergency doors. The hotel reserves the right to claim damages, if the hotel is, for instance, charged for a fire service caused by unauthorized smoking and the like.
In case of fire, please follow the evacuation plan, which is situated on your room door. We also ask you to notify the hotel owner as soon as possible, in such instances, even when there merely is a suspect of a fire outbreak (please call: +39 339 5641559). Please read the fire prevention instructions in the rooms carefully and follow the regulations in case of an emergency.

Lost or found items should to be reported or handed-in to the hotel owner. The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables (especially not for jewelry, banknotes, laptops and mobile phones). Please use the in-room safe to store your valuables. The valuables stored in this safe is insured for a maximum of 6000 Euros.

We reserve the right to dissolve the existing contract and/or to deny services to guests, in case a violation of public order and/or these house rules occurs or if the guest's behavior caused bellow travelers or the hotel any disturbance or damage.

Alta Badia offers all bikers really exciting rides. Thirty mountain passes within an area of 100 kilometres will fulfil your every desire.




Twenty tours have been selected and are proposed to our biker friends: a paradise of bends in the breathtaking landscape of the Dolomites. The great tour of the Dolomites and the Würzjoch motorbike tour are particularly popular, but we are also happy to suggest other tours, selected by our experts, to our guests. As well as free parking in our garage, we offer motorbike lovers a servicing corner, a pressure washer and a drying room.

It is also possible to call a mechanic and a breakdown van for emergencies.
If time or repairs do not do the trick, our shuttle bus will come to your aid.
